Getting most out of Lightroom?

I'm installing Lightroom 4 on my new MacBook... I've been stuck on Lightroom 2.5 for a long time now! Any tips for getting the most out of 4?

The import feature is much better than in 2.5, that's for sure!

Yep, I like LR 4. Still getting used to it myself. However, do use the new processing method. The new exposure controls that it adds have been really helpful to me so far. The new curves has been good too since it is related to the new exposure controls.

So, I'm getting pretty cheap these days and have other interests that require my money. So, I uninstalled LR4 and put LR 2.7 on my MacBook. It'll have to do for a while. I would like LR4 though.
