    New Photo "Shoot"

I think this goes in the product photography section... I shot it on a table. I normally shoot it on a bench, though.

Nice "product" shoot! You have definitely mastered lighting it so that all the details show - maybe you could get a job with Colt as their photo guy?

Thanks Steve. It was a very simple light setup. I picked up the Flashpoint Q Series light modifier kit from Adorama a few weeks ago. It comes with a 6" beauty dish, 3 grids to go in it as well as 3 color filters and a diffusing filter. It also comes with a snoot and an egg shell looking thing that works similarly to the Lightsphere. For this shot, I used the beauty dish to provide the main light and a grid spot. I used the snoot to light across the center of the receiver which is providing the hard light and shadows.
