Nice work Andrea! The images are very thoughtfully composed and you can feel the emotion between them. Great work!

I would love, love to see what you come up with when you add some lighting to the mix - flash, reflector or off camera. These images would go from great to spectacular!

Other than lighting, my only other critique is to keep an eye on background elements. It looks like in the first image, just a slight adjustment of your camera angle would have hidden the address numbers on the house. It's not a big deal (and your friends won't even notice), but it's little details like this that will make your images standout and look extremely polished.

Overall - great job! I love seeing your work. :)

Thank you Steve. I always appreciate your input. I didn't even notice the house number until I got home and looked at the photos. A couple of shots I had to get them to move. The photo on the bridge, they wanted looking straight on, but there is a house behind, so I went down into the ditch to shoot up, and there a few that we took with the cars in the driveway, but it was she wanted. I did the shot in the sunroof in black and white because the car was red and the dress was burgundy.

As far as lighting, I don't know anything about setting it up. Where I should place lights, or anything like that. Any tips you could give me, including wnat I dhould be looking to buy if this pans out for me?

I was a little nervous about this shoot because I have this little voice in the back of my head that whispers "Why would anyone want me to take photos for them when their Aunt Suzie could do it?" Maybe I will gain confidence, but I guess that I still don't think of myself as a photographer. I am a digital press operator. That is my job and I am good at it. Photography is a fun distraction for me. I don't want to be someone who thinks that because they have an expensive camera they are a photographer. That is why I am here. To learn from everyone here. I do, however, feel guilty because I have nothing to offer anyone other than to say "pretty" because I look at the photos here and everyone does nice work.

I guess that's my ramble for the night.
    Thanks once again,
    Andrea
