One of my favorite shortcuts is using the CAPS LOCK key in conjunction with P, U and X to quickly Pick, Unpick and Reject photos. It saves tons of time picking photos for processing.
Lately I have also been using a technique to fine-tune Develop adjustments - I just stumbled across this one a while back. For example oftentimes I need to make very small changes to a setting (such as adding Fill or bumping up the contrast). Just grabbing and dragging the slider can end up adding more that you want or need. If you click on the slider handle with your mouse and then press the right/left arrow keys, you can bump up the settings in very small doses. You only need to click (and let go) with your mouse, but you can't move your mouse off the slider.
Give it a try!
You mentioned the CAPSLOCK shortcut in a post a while back. Since then, I've used it pretty extensively. It has saved a bit of time in sorting through photos.
I'm afraid I don't really have any shortcuts of my own to offer. The best thing I can suggest is learning the keyboard shortcuts to the tools you use the most.
