Pass Along Some of Your Experience!
The F/Stop Spot provides resources for photographers so that they can take their skills to the next level. You can find information on a wide range of topics including using Photoshop and Lightroom effectively, developing an effective workflow, caring for and cleaning digital cameras and improving your overall photography skills in the field.
We invite you to share your wisdom and expertise with the community. We accept guides written for beginner, intermediate and expert photographers.
What’s In It For You?
You will receive a byline with up to three back links to your website and social networking pages (affiliate links or links to a website that don’t have anything to do with photography will not be allowed). We will also promote you and your content on Facebook and Twitter. Contributing an article is a powerful way to increase your online visibility and credibility as a photographer.
Guides submitted to the F/Stop Spot should be original (not published elsewhere). Quick tips should be right around 500 words in length while longer guides are usually between 500 and 1500 words long. We recommend including several photographs with your piece (up to five). Your guide should have an interesting introduction and clearly defined topic related to photography.
We reserve the right to refuse submissions that are not appropriate or do not convey accurate information. We also reserve the editorial right to edit submissions for spelling and grammatical errors.
