If you are going to manipulate photographs of a high profile incident for the media - you should at least have a basic idea how to use Photoshop! This is a multi-billion dollar corporation and this is the best they can come up with!?

Fan-tas-tic. First they hire private security to keep media off of public beaches, then they forbid cleanup workers from talking to the media, finally they photoshop their press releases.
