I thought I saw an article on here about how and when to clean the mirror inside the camera body. Does anyone have suggestions or insight? The other day when I swapped lenses I realized the mirror looks pretty dusty inside, but I'm afraid to touch it. HELP!!

I'm going to try this. I was quoted at $68 per camera for sensor cleaning. I thought that seemed expensive.
