The theme for the 8th and 9th weekly assignment of 2012 is Arthur ("Weegee") Fellig's "F/8 and Be There".
2930
You can approach this challenge in three ways: The first is to share images taken at F/8. The second approach would be to share images that have been processed (or taken) with Weegee's trademark gritty, black and white style (take a look at some of Weegee's photographs here (http://museum.icp.org/museum/collections/special/weegee/)). The third (and best) way would be to share images taken at F/8 and then process them as black and whites. The assignment closes at the end of the day on Sunday, March 4, 2012 - giving you plenty of time to participate!
Assignment Guidelines
Weekly assignments have been setup to challenge you as a photographer. View the assignments as an opportunity to push yourself and grow.
You can enter as many images as you wish.
Do the best you can to capture the images during the week of the assignment (however it is understandable that this may not always be possible - so do the best you can).
The images must be captured and processed by you.
Please resize your images to 1000 pixels wide (or smaller) before uploading them.
You can attach or link to your images - just make sure that the images are displayed in this thread.
